1. Your right to cancel
Once you have made a booking to attend a workshop you will receive an acknowledgement email (the “Email”) confirming that your place has been booked. You may cancel your booking at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Email (“Time For Cancellation”). If you make a booking within seven days of the date of a workshop, your right to cancel ends the day before the workshop takes place.
2. How to cancel
To cancel a booking, you must inform us in writing. You can do this by post, fax or by emailing us at [info@connectingsomerset.co.uk] (“Cancellation Method”).
3. Changes and cancellations
The Connecting Somerset Technology Programme (“We”) reserve the right to cancel or alter the date(s), change the venue or change the speakers for any seminar or workshop. If we do cancel or make any changes to a workshop or seminar, We will inform you in writing using the email address that you have supplied with your booking (“Email address”). We will give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable in all the circumstances.
4. Return of booking fees
If you cancel a booking using the above Cancellation Method within the Time For Cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid for the workshop (“Fees”). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your booking. Any refund will usually be processed within 30 days of the day We receive your cancellation.
If We make changes to or cancel a workshop We will make every effort to reschedule the workshop for a later date. If We do reschedule the workshop We will notify you in writing of the new dates, times and venues using your email address. On receipt of this update email you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. The Time For cancellation will apply as if a new booking had been made.
