Your
solution and training is completed. Now claim your grant!
Claiming your grant is easy. Just complete the claim form and send
in with your proof of purchase. We will then check the solution and send you a cheque within 3 weeks. It couldn't be easier. Here's
a checklist:
> Send completed claim form (you will have received this with
your letter of grant approval).
> Send completed training form.
> Send proof of purchase e.g. signed receipts, invoices, etc,
> Send all website addresses for any web development work.
Failure to provide all correct paperwork or evidence of solution
purchased will result in delayed or no payment. No part claims
can be made.
Please note: We check all solutions especially website development.
We also reserve the right to visit your business to physically
see any hardware or software installations.
