This workshop is intended for small business owners who wish to better understand the importance of having a sound IT strategy that takes into account their businesses procurement needs.

What will the workshop enable me to do?

You will discover where your business is in its life cycle and what the advantages are to having an IT Strategy. You’ll get answers to questions like; what is the life expectancy of our existing IT systems and where do we want to go with our IT systems in future?

You will learn about the concept of closed loop life cycle planning and be given tips on how to create and maintain an IT roadmap.

We will also be looking at the business and technical drivers for change, which will aid you in prioritising your requirements.
